1/4 cup macadamia nuts
3/4 cup blanched almonds (regular are fine also)
6 oz. dried mango (no added sugar)
8 Medjool dates (pitted)
2 tablespoons raw shredded coconut
1 tablespoon agave syrup
2 scoops of Vanilla-flavored protein powder (I recommend Juice Plus+ Complete)
Blend the nuts in the food processor to a large crumb mixture.
Then add mango and dates and blend again. Finally, add the coconut, syrup and protein powder and blend to the desired consistency. You can make them smooth, like the ones pictured here, or more chunky.
